We have openings for full-time Operators (Operations Coordinator ) for our Escorted Bus Tour programs & River Cruises in European destinations.
As an Operator, you will prepare pre-trip documentation for our Tour Managers, book & reconfirm services, and process post-trip documentation. You will be available for our Tour Managers during their tour to assist them with logistical questions and support them with solving day to day issues.
You will also be required to take the out of office hours support phone on a rotation basis each 4-5 weeks to cover emergency support during evenings, weekends and public holidays.

-Although this is a homeworking position, it is not suitable as a second job, free time job or part-time job.
-Only highly-organized, stress-resistant, self-disciplined and independent individuals need apply.
-Individuals with experience in the travel industry or those who are seeking a new challenge.
- Travel industry or reservations/booking experience is a plus, though not required.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English. Other languages are an advantage but not a requirement.
- Problem solving skills
- Enjoys working with people.
- Working proficiency with computer.
- Willingness to cover rotation of out of office hours emergency response, including weekends and public holidays.
