Head of Process Analysis & Experience (m/f)

your tasks and responsibilities
As Chapter Lead Process Analysis & Experience you select, lead and develop a team of 13 different Squads. Further, you are committed to find and promote talents. Together with your team you create a vision, introduce it to the respective Squads and design simple, digital, quick and scalable business processes for our internal and external customers. The Squad has the end-to-end accountability for existing processes and is also responsible for the implementation of new processes in accordance with the regulatory requirements.

proactive stakeholder management – request feedback from internal clients and report the successes to the management team
proactive staff development - coaching and mentoring of the process analysts
deliver Process Management strategies and integrate standards and tools

as Squad member
create user stories for the fulfillment of regulatory requirements
implement measures and controlling based on relevant KPI’s
conduct manual software tests until approval of user stories and implementation

your skills
several years of experience in a leadership role ( 3 years)
coaching and development-oriented leadership style
proven experience in the banking/financial sector or in process management/process analysis
experience with SAS and/or ARIS (is a plus)
lean / six sigma master black belt (MBB) / black belt certification (is a plus)
strong action oriented and problem solving skills
fluent in English
